Shipping Info
NEW ZEALAND

We send via overnight courier, so expect your delivery within 1-2 working days, with the exception of rural addresses. Please provide an address where your delivery can be signed for within the hours of 9-5. Deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.

INTERNATIONAL

We send via Economy mail, so please get in touch with us if you are needing a Priority delivery, and we will discuss the additional postage fee. Shipping costs do not account for any import charges, customs duties, VAT fees or other fees upon arrival in your destination. Deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
Return Policy
APPAREL RETURNS POLICY

EXCHANGES

Returns for an exchange of size or style (to the same value) are welcome if your garment is the wrong size or fits incorrectly.

CREDITS AND REFUNDS

We do not refund if you have changed your mind, so please consider carefully before purchasing.

If your purchase does not suit and you do not wish to exchange for another size or style, we are happy to provide you with a credit for Etta Every or The May Project merchandise to the value of your purchase, valid for one year. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of your receiving the delivery. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery if this is the case.

Returns must:

- Be in perfect, original condition

- Have all labels and swing tags attached

- Follow the returns procedure below:

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please contact us immediately (katie@ettaevery.com) if you wish to return a product and provide us with the following information:

- The details of the product you purchased

- The issue with the product

- Your desired outcome (exchange of size or style, store credit)

We will then email you a returns form that you must fill out and either email back to us or enclose with your package. Return shipping costs and tracking are your responsibility. We prefer courier with track and trace, and signature on delivery, as this is the most secure method. We do not take responsibility for return shipping, so please track and trace for your own peace of mind. Shipping costs of the returned product must be covered by you, however, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge. Once your return has been received by us we will check that it is in its original purchase condition and, if we are satisfied that this is the case, we will action your request for exchange or store credit.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

At Etta Every we maintain a high standard of quality control. However, if you believe you have received a faulty product, we will either repair it or replace it for you where possible if stock is available. If a replacement item is not available, or the same issue occurs with your replacement item, we will offer you either a store credit or a refund as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please get in touch with us at katie@ettaevery.com if your product is faulty, and once it has arrived back to us we will assess it. Please note that we do not refund for normal wear and tear.
